First up, if you are struggling emotionally right now, you are not broken and you don’t need fixing, but as you are here I’m guessing there’s something that you want to change about how you feel, or about your current situation whatever that is.
When I suffered with anxiety and my life felt out of control, I thought I needed to fix myself and I looked in completely the wrong place to try to do that. Most of us do.
But that wasn’t what was needed.
I’d like to share with you a new understanding about where your experience of life really comes from and how all of your feelings are valid and useful – not to be feared or avoided. This puts you back in the driving seat of your life, ready to plan and take action.
If you are ready we will clarify the outcomes you want from our time together. From what we will cover, you can transform and move forwards feeling calm, confident and in control of your emotions and actions.
I want you to enjoy and look forward to the sessions we will have together. All you have to do is commit to helping yourself and to the process of learning, understanding and being open to the experience.
